Overview

YB1-12/0.4 non-metallic shell preinstalled substation is a compact complete set of power distribution devices that preassemble the rated voltage 12kV high voltage distribution device , 12/0.4kV power transformer, low voltage

distribution device and energy metering device in a box . YB1-120.4 Non-metallic shell pre-installed substation is

mainly used for power supply and lighting in three-phase AC power system with rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 6-12/0.4kV. It is especially suitable for the transformation of distribution lines on both sides of the road in

the city network ,and can also be used in residential districts, streets, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary facilities. The product conforms to GB T17467 high voltage/low

voltage preinstalled substation, IEC601330 high voltage/low voltage preinstalled substation.

Feature

YB-12 series of products with beautiful shape, generous, excellent heat insulation performance and other

characteristics gradually favored by users. This series of preassembled substation adopts channel steel as base,

Angle steel as box frame (box body adopts sandwich color steel plate). The appearance of imported composite

board and aluminum-plastic board has excellent corrosion resistance, no rust, no fade, the overall structure is

simple, good rigidity, light weight, good heat insulation performance. The top cover is made of cold rolled plate

and glazed tile color steel plate. It has the properties of anti-explosion, anti-crack and anti-leakage. This series

of pre-installed substations are widely used in urban communities, commercial buildings and hotels, street

lighting projects, scenic spots and so on.

Application

Suitable for 10kV ring power supply , dual power supply or terminal power supply system , as a new residential area , green belt , park , station , dock , hotel , construction site , airport and other places of power transformation , distribution , metering , compensation , control and protection devices .

Regular Service Condition

1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 , and the average measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35 .

The lowest ambient air temperature is -25 ; 2. The gas is not significantly contaminated by dust smoke corrosiveness and/or flammable gas vapor or salt slee t; 3. Relative humidity : the average relative humidity measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 95% , the average water vapor pressure measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 2.2kpa , the average monthly relative temperature shall not exceed 90% , and the average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kpa; 4 . The inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 3 when the equipment is installed ; 5 The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact note : users can negotiate with our company to solve special requirements .

consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers

are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will
